Something odd about this picture.

Well I'm also playing Final Fantasy 8 for the PC. So I get to the part were Rinoa is in a coma, and Squall visits her in the infirmary, nothing out of the ordinary, so Squall enters the room she's in, and I look and I see something odd. Here's the picture so you can look at it before I tell you what I saw.

don't see it yet? Well Try looking at the reflection off of the window. That's right, Rinoa isn't in the reflection at all, same with the items on the table sure Squall is blocking that but it's still not there in the reflection. You might be thinking "well it's not a reflection, it's a window showing you the other room, durrrrrrrr", well no, it's not because there's only one room, besides the doctor's office.

weird ragdoll death position

Well I was playing gmod and I was online with a few other people. We were playing in the big city map, and we, me and my friend ROCKZ, were on the tall(est) buildings, sky diving (without a parachute) and he decided to jump (again) when he was about to die (his character that is), and when he landed, well he died but his ragdoll landed in an odd position. No posing at all, just game physics and a ragdoll doing it's work. Here's the picture I took.

This has always bugged me.

So I'm currently replaying Final Fantasy 7 for the umpteenth time. And I was at Fort Condor and this is something I've noticed many many times (and I'm guessing others have too) but I never got the chance to take pictures of it. And the thing that I've noticed many times is the rope position towards the entrance. When you first see it (the rope that is) it's on the right. But when you're inside the fort the rope is on the left. If you're not sure on what I mean here are pictures to help you understand what I mean.

texture paint

Well soon after "discovering" that the areas/levels aren't connected I discovered something that I call "texture paint" It's used in a lot of games. It's were a part of an object/prop is 2d and it's connected to a 3d object/prop. Like a 2d light bulb attached to a lamp. Now some of these leave off a white barrier. In fact I cant think of one that doesn't do that. I'm not saying it's a bad thing or anything like that, just something I noticed and took a picture of it and I'm here to show you what I mean. It might be hard to see the thin white line but it's there. See normally the image is a lot bigger then the little window thingy. But most of it is transparent. That causes the white line.

a little something with Tony Hawk's American Wasteland.

So earlier I was playing T.H.A.W. (story mode) and I was doing parkour and I stumbled upon something weird. First of all like Neversoft claimed (taken straight from the back of the box): "The first free-roaming tony hawk game. Skate L.A. as one massive streaming world." So of course it should be just one big world like the later tony hawk games are (at least that's what I heard for the next gen.) But like I said (and of course you probably already knew this) I "discovered" that neversoft lied about this.

As you can tell the levels aren't connected. As you go through a tunnel after a while it quickely loads the next area, so quick it's next to impossible to tell.

Wanted: qtip

If you haven't heard of Team Fortress 2 (TF2) click here to find out information on it. Currently I play as Heavy. I'm starting to realize that he's becoming my favorite for arena matches. Saturday I gained my first nemesis. His name is qtip. If you play TF2 and you see him please kill him for me. Reason why he kept on killing me (his exact words): "I hate psychotic people." (My online name is Psychotic Ninja.)

Why do we study the English language?

We study the English language for many reasons. One is that it's very important for uses out of the class and out of school. Without knowing how to read, write/type we wouldn't be able to do a lot of things. Like we wouldn't be able to blog (for the people that love to blog.) Also some history is written. If we didn't know how to read we wouldn't learn history (unless it was spoken too.) and we would (most likely) repeat very bad things in history. Also one wouldn't be able to read the bible or whatever religious book you read. So we study the English Language (and hopefully other languages) so we can learn new things, apply other things, and have fun (hopefully these come true).
